Visited the store today to pick up some shoes, I found the person who served me to be quite condescending. My email address was demanded upon purchase to which I was then bombarded with marketing emails from Dune. Staff could do with some training on unconscious bias, customer, service, and GDPR and how collecting data and using it for purpose it was not intended is against the law.

Lovely shop with large choice of going out shoes, sandals, flats and trainers. There's bags inside as well. Friendly and helpful staff.
