I recently enjoyed an outstanding dinner where every detail impressed me. The dishes were flavorful and beautifully presented, creating a memorable experience. Our server, Stacey, elevated the evening with her warm personality, impeccable timing, and thoughtful recommendations. This restaurant truly delivers exceptional service and delicious food in every single visit.

Staff were friendly. Service was excellent. The food was really good. It’s not a cheap place to eat but worth a visit for a treat. Would definitely recommend go again.

Been going in The Hutt off and on for years and seen good and bad times. O dear it looks like the bad times are back. Went in for Sunday lunch last Sunday, (photo enclosed). To say it was a disgrace is putting it mildly, I know times are hard but really? The food was nice but that’s the problem there was hardly any of it. Just not good enough. On a last note can someone teach the landlady how to smile. Cant see me going back again. What a shame. Hi Jo, thanks for getting back so promptly. I assume it was you we spoke to originally who forgot to smile. A question for you, why did you serve us one adults meal and two children’s meals when we didn’t order them ? Please do not bother replying as l find your manner rude and the tone of your answer a bit offensive. Needless to say I will now definitely not be coming back.

Great service and food. We didn't book a table but got a table in the bar area. The fish and chips were great and my daughters had the crispy chicken burger and cheese and bacon burger. Both were excellent. A good selection of beers are available.

We had the unfortunate experience of celebrating my son’s 17th birthday at The Hutt Ravenshead and it was an absolute disaster as we couldn't wait to leave. The restaurant was not busy, yet we had to wait an incredibly long time for our food to be delivered. To add insult to injury, when the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and the portions were so small that it left us feeling hungry and disappointed. So glad Sainsbury’s is down the road to top us up and rescue the night somewhat. The prices were extremely high for the small portions we received, including a young guest's meal which could have passed as a starter (3 meat balls, sauce and a handful of pasta), and the drinks were outrageously expensive £4.45 for a pint of shandy, I would have expected to pay £4.45 for a full pint, making the whole family experience feel like a complete waste of time and money. £80 we spent on a family meal with drinks, but in hindsight it was a £40 to £45 meal at best. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality dining experience for a special occasion, it was all very OK but not special. The Hutt Ravenshead needs to improve their food quality, portion sizes, prices, and service if they want to keep customers coming back. Save your money and go somewhere else. EDIT, changed to 1 star from 2 for the copy and paste response everyone gets. Disappointing once again.

We have had recently visited this place.sundy roast was delicious. I had beef, which was pink and was perfectly cooked, accompanied by perfect rosted potato's crispy outside and melting inside, very nice vegetables coming with it and horseradish sos. My Mrs had turkey and in her opinion was great aswell. Deserts This in other story... I had salted caramel desert which in my opinion was OK. I would replace heavy cream with light version. Other then that great place very nice service. Definitely recommend. Thank you.

Really lovely, tasty, hot meal. The chicken and leek pie was delicious and nicely presented. Creamy mash and selection of vegetables. Gravy served in a jug. Lovely warm atmosphere. Good selection of different gins. Staff very friendly. Special mention to Georgia, who was lovely and attentive. Very helpful and chatty, gave the impression that she genuinely wanted us to have a pleasant experience. She should train other waitresses in other restaurants, who are not so professional. Would definitely recommend The Hut.
