Great xmas menu meal £40 3 course with 2 soft drinks. Food outstanding, Tom was great, down to earth and friendly. Great experience. Plus best turkey dinner i have ever had..... wow. Also great singer, roaring fire place and cosy atmosphere. I loved it.

Definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had recently, will be back for more! The burger and steak were absolutely delicious! The burger was juicy and perfectly stacked, and the steak was tender, well seasoned and cooked exactly how I asked. Great portion sizes and full of flavour definitely recommend!

To be honest I wasn't overly looking forward to coming here given a disappointing experience at another Vintage Inn last week. However here we were for another Sunday lunch, this time with our daughter. I am really pleased that we chose here as the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and more than happy to help. The meal was unsurprisingly very similar to the previous Vintage Inn except that the beef was a bit better according to the wife who had the trio of meats. I went for the turkey as a safer bet which it turned out to be. We also went for three sides which made quite a plate full. The meal could have been a bit warmer but no complaints. I really enjoyed my Timothy Taylor's Dark ale The ladies shared a nice chocolate brownie to finish off. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing evening.

My uncle and I spent a lot of time here before he passed away. I hadn't been for years but it's still as great as I remember it was an all around special lovely evening as I hadn't been out and about for two weeks due to work commitments. My uncle would've been proud of me celebrating his life rather than mourning him

Finally made it to the mermaid. Since few years we look at pubs/ restaurants which are dog friendly. We made reservation and did not have to wait to be seated. Although the time we visited was minke free inside but packed outside. As soon as you enter there is dog bowl and treats which is a plus for us. Food was average. I ordered fish without sauce as it had alcohol but the fish itself was very bland and had chewy bits. Chicken schnitzel was without any alcohol but the chicken itself was dry. The scallop starter was good. Staff were served food Preety quickly. We did the payment at the counter as we were in a rush to head back. Would certainly come here to try other stuff to be able to change the rating. Will recommend for dog lovers as they are allowed inside and outside.

I came here to celebrate the farther inlaws birthday. Its a nice old cottage style pub/restaurant. The car park is narrow, with narrow bays. The menu has a nice selection of different meals. I had a duo of lamb, consisting of a shepherd's pie and 3 small chops. The meal was nice but on the small side. My partners had a hunters chicken schnitzel. She said that she enjoyed it. I found the portion sizes small, so I knocked a star off. The cheesecake I had was really small, but nice. But if I'd of known it was going to be so small. I wouldn't of ordered it. The service was good, the waitress came around regularly.

Nice, more than nice place. Spacious parking, good choice of food. The building by itself looks so cool. The only small thing is that the kitchen needs to check for better salad leaves. Everything else was tasty

A great pub, tastefully furnished with nicely spaced tables, the service was great, we were greeted with a smile and the staff actually seemed to be enjoying their jobs. There were 4 of us dining, we all chose different meals which arrived in good time, all were nicely presented, served piping hot and all were good quality tasty dishes. For dessert we had the black forest chocolate flower pot, a little work of art that tasted as good as it looked. All in all a great night out, we will definitely be returning soon.

A quaint country pub on the edge of Wolverhampton. The food was great all round. The pub was clean and tidy. Service was friendly but a little slow in parts which is something they could improve on in the future. Otherwise would recommend and revisit again
