   The employees are lovely and the shop has good stock but the fitting rooms are horrendous. There’s only 3 cubicles so the line is massive on busy days and you have to stand waiting for ages until your feet get sore. I really think they need to extend the fitting rooms somehow because it makes the shopping experience so much worse, I needed to try on a few pairs of jeans to find my size yesterday and considered just leaving the line multiple times and walking out empty-handed because it was moving so slow and getting frustrating. This is of no fault to the employees or people trying on their clothes (even if they walk in with 10 items as I was seeing) because really the fitting rooms should be able to accommodate more people.

   preface (this would be 0 stars if that was an option) I was in this store about 2 months ago with a dress from the sale that I had needed to bring back as it was still tagged, the girl who originally took payment for it had not given me a receipt and I hadn’t realised until I got home. When I came in with the dress I had spoken to a guy behind the desk about it, explaining that I wasn’t given a receipt for it but I could have shown him my bank app if needed. The guy behind the desk and a female colleague of his proceeded to be so incredibly condescending and clearly implying that I was attempting to steal a dress off the rack?? This was also in front of a busy queue of customers and I’ve never in my life felt so humiliated and embarrassed, he practically laughed in my face and flung the dress in my direction. I’m really not one to leave reviews even for a negative experience but this really shocked me. I work in retail myself, I understand frustrating customers more than anyone but I had been polite and very apologetic for not having a receipt which was not my fault in the first place. I would absolutely hate to see that happen to anyone else in the future and I would ask that this be brought up to the current staff. Thank you.

   I buy clothes every 3-4 years apart and my first stop is hollister Belfast! I'm 42 and love that the style and comfort is still untouchable! The staff in this shop are complete legends! Nothing is too much trouble..everyone is super friendly and extremely happy to help no matter what...i love the clothes and love the staff..customer service is second to none! Customer for life...
