   Rio Pools have been fantastic in helping us get our existing pool up and running properly in 2025. Ian has been especially helpful—his communication is excellent, and he’s always on hand with guidance and advice whenever we’ve needed it. It’s been great having someone so knowledgeable and approachable to email and talk to. The superstar is Wayne- he has also been a pleasure to deal with—professional, friendly, and supportive throughout. Their ongoing support has made a real difference, and we would strongly recommend Rio Pools over any other local pool company.

   I’ve not used the company, but I just followed one of their vans…the driver was tailgating the person in front, who was simply abiding by the speed limit. They were weaving around in the road and overtook at the first opportunity. They then proceeded to break the speed limit by 20 mph. This shows such a low level of intelligence it’s amusing! Imagine driving like that in a branded van, disregarding their own safety and the safety of other road users. I imagine if their driving is anything to go by, they probably have no respect for their customers! If I owned the company and my staff were driving company vehicles like that I’d sack them. If I didn’t care, then I don’t deserve to run a successful business!
