   I first spotted Bleubird jacket in a boutique and it immediately stood out — the design, fabric, and quality were all a level above. I ended up ordering directly from Bleubird to support the brand, and I’m glad I did. Unfortunately, the first jacket I received arrived with a stain, and the initial response from customer service was a bit slow, which was frustrating. But once the issue reached the founder, Matt, everything changed. He personally got in touch, offered a sincere apology, and arranged a replacement along with a small gift and a discount as a gesture of goodwill. That kind of personal response is rare and really appreciated. In the end, I received a beautiful, well-made jacket with no delays, and I can genuinely say I’d shop with Bleubird again. Great product, great recovery — and clearly a team that cares about their customers.

   Me and my partner have a 1/4 fleece in the blue/green colour from a little store in wales and its amazing. We wear it all the time, it has so my USPs for such a good price. It keeps you exceptionally warm and dry on the inside when its raining outside, not a drop of water has got through to us. Loved the brand and ethics so much i got him a 40litres bagpack online for hiking and long adventures, which is perfect for his paddleboard so hes excited to use that and arrived so quickly!

   I bought a lavender dry robe for my granddaughter. She could have had her choice of any make but choose Bleubird and it was an excellent choice. We ordered in the shop and the girl was extremely helpful fetching various samples to try for size. Although there was a delay in delivery due to the shipping situation in the Middle East, there was good communication to keep us up to date. My granddaughter is delighted with her new robe. It’s already had a successful work out in the Lake District at Easter and will be essential for the summer ahead on the North Coast. I was glad to support a local business and very much recommend the product.

   Love this changing robe! Looked around for a long time - reading reviews and checking product details, and was not disappointed with my purchase. I love the style, fit and quality. It is lightweight, warm and comfortable and love the coral colour I chose! I’m no surfer or cold water swimmer but I enjoy the outdoors and camping so this will keep me toasty-warm. I’m also only 5ft size 12, so reading the sizing chart gave me the correct information I needed to make the right decision to buy the XS. The fact that they are environmentally conscious company also makes my choice a winner!

   We were looking for a dry robe type product to take away on our caravan holidays and was immediately attracted to the Bleubird logo and great range of colours. Ordered 2 with the generous discount offer and they arrived in good time and expertly packaged. Fit is just great. Loads of room to get changed under and so warm. Great for walking the dogs on the beach in the autumn and will be a godsend in the winter. Colours are very true to the pictures and are a very good product.

   What an incredible company and product!! I bought the Nordic Robe - after a lot of research into dry robes I decided that Bluebird was the company for me. I love their eco ethos, I love that their products are made with 100% recycled materials, I love that the owner Matt is so hands on, helpful and friendly. I love that my purchase means a tree gets planted in Madagascar. And on top of all of that…I love the product, it’s beautifully made and super comfy and oh so warm!! 10/10, 5 ⭐️, A+, would 100% recommend!
