   It's a place where it seems those of us who aren't Irish can't visit. The arrogance and bad manners of its employees stand out. I don't know the level of crime in Belfast, but it's a place where they make you feel bad behind your back, as if you were going to take your purchases without paying.

   Wildly incompetent staff. Came to pick up a delivery order my girlfriend placed, they couldn't find the order number, and then tried making up an excuse that it hadn't been delivered yet and to come back tomorrow. I showed them the DPD delivery confirmation with the picture, then one of the staff came back and gave a feeble excuse that it was delivered and left 'in a weird spot in the backroom'. Wasted so much of my time, the careless kids they hire to run this place have no idea what they're doing

   Yesterday we visited at Victoria square jd.we have wait for one hour for paying the bill. They have 5 6 till but they start only 2 till and other staff just talking with each other. No body takes care of staff. They need to focus on managing system. Many customers feeling so angry about it. Never come here again.

   Terrible staff, my daughter tried on a trainer and I asked if they could get me the other size, we waited around 20mins and had to ask twice within that time about the other shoe as we were waiting patiently. I decided after 20mins to take the trainer off put her own shoes back on then just leave I was so disappointed at how unhelpful they were.

   After expecting good electric scooter battery wasn’t well, I then refunded the scooter two months ago still haven’t been given the refund, biggest waste of £320 I’m not also including the per minute charge on the delivery place for getting it back after weeks of them saying they haven’t collected it and legit £100 spent on this months phone bill and still no refund spent over £400 for a headache

   They lock the fitting rooms without any reason. 3 times I ve been there and always out of order. Seriously if you don’t want to use them just say it. Worst customer experience. Also very difficult to find someone to assist you.
