   I am horrified by my experience at this store. I had asked for biab nails and they were completed to very poor quality and standards for the price of £45. Despite complaining, I was offered no resolution. I was particularly disappointed by the hygiene at the store as well as the misleading pictures related to its aesthetic. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone.

   Lovely nail salon with such friendly staff. Both nail techs chatted with me throughout the appointment and made me feel really comfortable. The service itself was also amazing, and I genuinely think that my acrylic nails were done to a higher standard than ever before at a super reasonable price. Would definitely reccomend :)

   The team at Bonuzi are brilliant. My mum and aunt go there now after my good experiences and we’ve all become regular customers. I’d never had my nails done before, but I knew I wanted something timeless for my wedding day. Lilian was so helpful and friendly when I messaged to make an appointment. On the day she was very thorough, showing me different options/designs and didn’t pressure me to choose something elaborate - she was very patient with a nail novice! I was so happy with the result and both the mani & pedi lasted well past my honeymoon. In each appointment they check that you like everything as you go along and they have great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Bonuzi!

   Best nail salon I have been to. I have had so many compliments on my nails and they have stayed sturdy for a month and still look fresh. (I normally ping off my nails from other salons however I need a soak off to get sets off from here) I like ott nails and my ideas are always envisioned and executed perfectly on my nails within the designs. Owner is very good with bookings and tries her best to fit you in. All round good prices, good vibes and good service. Love it!

   Best experience I’ve had at a nail salon yet. So reasonably priced for amazing work. Super quick and really professional. Lovely, chilled out, friendly atmosphere in a beautiful shop. The staff are lovely. I won’t go anywhere else now. I’ll definitely be back ❤️ great communication too and saw to all of my needs and requests. 10/10 highly recommend x
