   This was the best nail place I have been to in Wolverhampton!! It was very well organised and they accept both walk- ins and bookings. I had extension biab for the first time and they were very patient and catered to all of my needs. The nail turned out great and they listened to anything I wanted doing differently and were also very helpful with suggesting possible looks!! Fab customer service and nice environment. Thankyou!

   Not impressed at all! Had my nails done last week Saturday & just after 3 days they started chipping & the polish was wearing off . I went back and showed them which they had no problem fixing however the man assigned to redo them kept huffing and puffing when I pointed out the ones that had chipped ( bearing in mind this happened within 3 days , I didn’t do anything to make them chip in the first place). It’s now been a week and more nails have chipped, 3 have broken off ( 1 out of that 3 literally peeling my actual nail off & my nail is bleeding ) & 1 has a crack on the side This has been the worst nail experience I’ve ever had Update: I back to the nail shop today & showed the owner the state of my nails in which she tried to say that the chipped and broken nails were ‘due to me hitting them off somewhere’ which doesn’t make sense as I haven’t done anything to make them break, she also said the nail polish chipping was ‘due to the colour being an autumn colour so it didn’t have enough time to dry’ yet the last set I had done was a baby blur colour and I had no issues with that set , in addition that same nails I had redone 3 days after were among the same ones that broke off again. The nail length was not an issue as I’ve had nails the exact length before and had no problem with that set breaking off. I’ve only had this set for a week and the constant problems were so irritating that I requested for the whole set to be removed in the shop - which they did. As there were customers in the shop and the owner was doing another clients nails I didn’t want to kick up a cuff in the presence of other customers , however I was very disappointed at the fact I wasn’t even offered a refund or a new set done for free . I’ve now wasted £38 on a nail set I’ve only had in got a week . Highly doubt I’ll be using this nail shop again

   What an amazing experience second time I have been here and as always amazing.. the lovely men and women do such a good job and are so very polite.. I have cats eyes on my toes and hands. Will only ever come here from now on thankyou so much for your amazing service my step daughter enjoyed it also

   Im sorry, I didn't get the name of the gentleman who did my nails but I am oh so happy with them! My first time visiting and they were super duper friendly, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I will definitely be going back! :)
