I’ve used this salon three times now, and each visit has somehow gotten worse. When I walked in today, the first thing I was told was that a service was “too expensive for me” — completely unprovoked and incredibly rude. There was also a misunderstanding about whether I had booked, but considering there were only three clients and three technicians, I don’t understand why it was blown into such a big issue. Instead of handling it professionally, the owner spoke to me with an attitude that was totally unnecessary and embarrassing. To make things worse I was uncharged for toe nail painting. No explanation, no transparency, nothing. After how I was treated today, I won’t be returning. There are plenty of salons that actually respect their customers, and based on my experiences, I can see why this place is sitting at a 3.5 rating.

The Worst Nail Shop Experience Ever The owners’ behavior is unbelievably unprofessional. Any question or concern you raise is met with the same dismissive response: “If you’re not happy, don’t come again.” — advice I’ve taken seriously since. Their after-sales service is nonexistent. When my nails cracked and the design started coming off within a week, I went back expecting them to fix it. Instead, they charged me extra, were patronizing, and talked over me the entire time. You don’t pay that much money to be treated so rudely. Absolutely disappointing experience — I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve always had my nails done here, the lady and gent usually running the business are understanding polite and professional. Today I have had the worst experience - I called in to check if they had availability to be told it’s “not busy” and I can come. They started my nails and then had me sat there looking into space for almost half an hour. It was only until I asked if my turn was approaching the lady came with no apology. In addition to this they made me bleed during the experience and please note prices are subject to change - only after they’ve started the job with NO communication. I waited didn’t complain, I got hurt didn’t complain and I got charged extra and still didn’t complain. I did not get a single apology throughout. I therefore decided to call the shop to share my experience and to avoid making a scene infront of other customers only to be told that she is not sorry, it was a small additional cost and the bleeding was not acknowledged. I was told that if I am not happy to not to visit again. Sorry but the daughter is not yet ready to step into her parent’s managerial shoes. She has no skills, ongoing poor management will run the business into the ground. She took no ownership. Too stubborn to offer an apology. No customer service skills. Totally ashame as I genuinely thought the manager and her partner are great people and the staff are amazing at what they do. I will not be going to the shop again and more importantly I won’t be recommending it. Awfully rude and needs to take some management and leadership training courses! Lost a number of customers today.

Just went to get my biab removed. Biggest mistake I made, they drilled my nails down with the wrong drill parts left my nails with dents and all ruined. They feel so sensitive and painful. I would have done a better job but sometimes it saves time. And I never knew it could go so bad getting it removed. They reuse same machine drill bits on same clients no changing of sanding bits or any hygiene. I also saw the pedicure baths and they had dirt on them a line of dirt from where the water sits. Worst idea ever. I’ll stick to doing it all myself.

This places owner or who she is the main lady, is so rude and disrespectful I would never be going back. I had pedicure and they hurt my left toe and I was meant to go back next day for gel nail that I had already paid for. I asked the lady if it is ok for gel nails to be done as my nail bed was sore. She said my foot hurts from a in growing nail! I have no such thing! I only asked if it’s safe to do gels . I had bought my mum with me so she could have pedicure whilst we waited, they started my mums treatment whilst moaning in chiness and when I spoke to the main lady with the grumpy face, that never smilies and talks about you in Chinese if you say anything she doesn’t like she got angry and started shouting at her staff, I asked what is going on are you saying my mum should bathe her feet out she said yes I picked up they wanted my mum to leave. I asked what’s the matter and if they were saying to stop my mums pedicure. My poor old mum who is 74 years old had to take her feet out. She tried to dry her feet and the lady took the towel off her expert ring her to put her wet feet in her shoes. This lady is a nasty cruel human to do that to a elderly person with dementia who I was treating to a treatment l. £70 was lost by them as their attitude is awful. I can speak another language Infact 4 languages but they do it all the time Infront if you even more loudly infront if you and she instructs like your nothing. No amount of money is worth this oppressive bullying. They may do nice nails, I have no idea. But if you don’t want to feel bullied snd not be able to speak don’t go here or take your friend or family for pampering pedicure as nothing pampering when all year here is the lady moaning or as she will diagnose you with a condition if they mess up. Nasty evil woman no elderly person needs this. I told her about her manners and I hope she gets treated the same in life at 75…… karma. If you don’t mind looking at a miserable woman slandering you in Chinese. This is your place. My mum and me deserved. More better than this treatment.

Had new nails with this Salon which looked beautiful, but on the fourth day of my holiday, one cracked and snapped off and four others did the same during the remainder of my holiday. I felt very upset and conscious of my hands I have been having my nails done for 15 years with other salons and have never had this problem The Manager said she did not believe me and said that I must have had an accident (Five times!!!) She would not look me in the eye when we were talking, she was totally rude and obnoxious If you want decent nails and a friendly visit, DO NOT USE THIS SALON

Fantastic service - I have a 2 week newborn baby and wanted my hand nails and toe nails shellaced and I pre booked in advance and asked if I could be done within an hour. They had 2 ladies ready for me. 1 lady doing my toes and the other my hand nails and I was done in 45 mins - my nails always look fabulous. Highly recommend

I do always go here as they do a fantastic job on my nails but staff are a little rude at times and it can be an uncomfortable atmosphere. If your going to be dealing with different clients every day you need the communication skills and a friendly service, o don't like how they keep swapping around so somebody different does your nails on your appointment. Although some are friendly at times so it's not qll staff that are rude. I would remain going here as I can never complain about my nails they do a good job all in all just a little bit more of a friendly atmosphere towards the client's would help.
