I had an amazing experience at Foot Locker! The staff especially Steve and Rebecca were incredibly friendly and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes. The store had variety of options was impressive. Even though the checkout line was a bit busy, the team managed it well. Highly recommend shopping here

Great service yesterday by the older man at the front. He was so helpful in getting me sizes and checking a few items for me online. I was so happy with the effort he put in. Also the young girl that served me at the till was so so nice and she offered to use the cleaning machine on my new trainers to protect them.

First in queue only to be reset back to the queue, finally get to the item I wanted and click add to cart, infinite loading kicks me off the site, tells me to come back in an hour, came back in 50 minutes product isn't there and has been sold off. complete waste of time and terrible site.

The shoes are beautiful. The staff is not professional at all and the music is too loud. Luckily there are other shoe stores. I won't come back again.

I called into this shop on 22-01 22 and was met with three members of staff standing behind the counter two male's and one female all on their mobile phones.the dirt of the floor and other surfaces I looked at in my very short stay in this place we're the dirtiest I have ever seen by a very long way.this shop is a disgrace to Belfast.

"A long unnecessary experience. Staff do not know there products, are most likely on commission and not concerned with costumer satfaction or rights unless escalated formally." Why poor review here the experience I had in full. Asked for advice on trainers for circuit training by staff within store. I was on budget and needed a good indoor training shoe that would last. Adviced an expensive trainer with memory foam and no laces, saying they were best for what I needed them. Walking in store they fitted well. Wore them only once for 15 mins in class and nearly twisted my ankle as the shoes slide out of place around my foot by any sideways movements. This was because the memory foam dipped too much on sides making shoes unsafe during training. It was impossible to test such movements in store on fitting. Unhappy with shoes I Attempted to return them thinking I get a replacement, refund or credit note but was refused rudely. The trsiners were returned good condition with no wearing on sole. But was told "if I even wear shoes at home there was no return policy and no way a sport company would make a shoe unsafe for training". Surprised on rudeness on my concerns on product by manager I kept pressing. I stated that I was very unhappy that I was unable to train in expensive shoes for sole purpose they were purchased and that was alamed near injuring myself from shoes advised by a staff member was not a concern. He got ruder saying it was not the shoes it was my feet not right shape for shoes. As I was fitted by staff within store I found comment insulting. So I quoted my 2 consumer rights broken. As I went by advice of staff within store and fitted badly, it was clear was mis-selling by their staff As they could not be used for the purpose purchased for and the product was unsafe for purpose. So product was not fit for purpose. I was told they could not give me a return it have to be sent back to manufacturer to get tested to get money back. I told them to do so as I was not happy with unsafe nature of trainers and could not wear them and gave them my details to contact when they were returned. 3 months later no contract, no trainers no money back. I now was extremely unhappy and contacted consumer rights to get advice. They wrote a formal letter and I went back into store with letter in hand. This time I managed to talk to different manager who denied knowledge said shoes and stated they never returned shoes to manufacturer for testing. He went out back and found the trainers still in bag I'd returned them in, they never been sent to manufacturer. This mangers said he could not talk with other manager as he was away. He said I was not contacted because my number written wrong(how he know this without talking with frist manager I don't know. As I had written number on paper I noticed quickly a digit had been altered. I decided not to say I noticed this as I wanted issue resolved. He decided to give me a credit note. (I did not want to do further business in store at that point but knew I was not going to get a better result) I had already bought trainers by this time in another store so frustrated I did not want another pair. So I waiting until till last week before expiry date on credit note so I could buy when I needed a new pair. So review..... A long unnecessary experience. Staff do not know there products, are most likely on commission and not concerned with costumer satfaction or rights unless escalated formally.
