Been to shoezone Sunday 12th July close at 3pm fair enough but doors shut and locked at 14 45 wow don't want business at sutton in ashfield I know last min but shouldn't be shut 15mins b4 time
I brought a school shoes for my daughter. Around £14 . Unfortunately even one month she can't use. I never expected from shoezone this much cheaper quality product. Very disappointed with quality of products in shoezone. I send detailed email with proof to shoezone customer service email. But now almost one month there is no response from shoezone team. For more references I will attach pictures.
I bought a pair of Dunlop wellies costing £14.99, I wore them and my feet were wet so I took them back to the Sutton in Ashfield to exchange them for another pair that doesn't leak but unfortunately they didn't believe me so I left them to throw them away as they were no good to take back home. I will never shop at Shoezone again. Anyone that wants a pair of wellies don't buy them from Shoezone as they leak

Bought a pair of shoes in June which have since become unwearable due to lack of quality. Took them back to the shop to be told by the manager that I cannot expect a pair of £22 shoes to last more than 4 months. He later amended this to 28 days. I was told to leave the store when I informed other customers of this hidden warranty.
