Do not order from this company. Awful company. Returned damaged item on the 15th. Was assured on the 19th that refund has been processed. And to wait 5-10days. I'm 5 days in an no refund? No company needs 10days to process a refund. By previous reviews they do not like to give refunds at all

Seriously you must avoid this seller. Recently had an absolute nightmare trying to get a refund for an item that arrived damaged. Tried to fog me off with a partial refund which I refused. They arranged for this to be collected which it was. I tracked it back and itvwas received back to them on Friday 5th Dec 2025 I was promised a refund on return. Over a week im still waiting. Tried contacting spoke to Sarah again promised refund chased again days later now emails being ignored. They happly take your money but when things go south due to no fault of your own getting a refund just isn't happening. Unfortunately having to proceed down other routs to get refunded

The worst experience ever. When I ordered the site froze and they took my money but never sent the invoice. I then received the product which I no longer wanted (ordered from somewhere else when I didn't receive an order confirmation). I tried to get in touch with them 5 times!!!!!! to arrange a return and they never got back to me. You can only contact them via email, no phone number available. Absolutely horrendous customer service. It's been more than a week and I have been unable to return the product and get my money back. Would not recommend them!The worst experience ever. However, I recommend registering your extra warranty online to fully benefit from it. Be sure to complete the details accurately the first time, as making changes afterward can be challenging. I found this out the hard way and had to call their customer service team, who were very helpful in resolving my issue. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and the service provided. Initial delivery was excellent however I had returned 3 items. Only been refunded for one. Customer service have tried to return an item that wasn’t sent back. Was supposed to get a response back from customer service after calling but didn’t. Submitted a case through PayPal to get my refund.

I placed an order last night and wanted to confirm something with them today so far I have been told. " YOUR CALL IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US. PLEASE WAIT FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE AGENT " for the last hour. I have tried all 3 options. Not a very good start. I finally got through the conversation lasted 2 mins and I got the answer I needed. Im going to up it from 1 star to 3. Let's hope everything else is alright.

RED FLAG WARNING! Purchased a cooker hood from this unprofessional business, it was the wrong item and I returned it, this was since 22nd Dec I have been waiting for a refund since then and it's already the 17th Jan still no refund. Please avoid this seller by all means possible!!!

As a delivery driver wheh I arrived for a 7.30am booking slot I found the main gates to the entrance half closed, all the staff arrived and looked as they passed by, at 8am I contacted a very nice lady called Sarah, who told me feel free to open the gate! Apart fron that little hiccup the staff on the delivery door were pleasent and efficient a good tip out

purchased in august when it finally turned up the fittings were missing and it was very poor qulity returned item strait away still chaseing the refund in october that has not been payed now will have to to dispute and charge back via credit card or sue them advoid this company at all costs
