Visited Clark’s in Plymouth earlier today, having had an unsuccessful trip to Truro. Sarah served us and she was an absolute breath of fresh air, really helpful, really lovely to talk to and not at all pushy, just a very nice person. So nice to come across someone with some drive and eagerness to assist. She deserves employer of the month.
Today was my first time attending Clark’s to buy shoes for my son and I was not disappointed. The quality of the shoes are outstanding and much better than the places I used to buy shoes for my son before. The stuff are very friendly, we were served by Ms Gabrile who was very kind and swindled her way around the shop to help my son find a shoe that he would approve of. Thank you

I have used Clark’s for many years for my children who wear orthotics in their shoes this can make school shoe shopping very stressful. I have recently been into the store twice for school shoes for both my children. We were served by Tom who is the manager of the children’s department. He was absolutely fabulous. I cannot thank him enough for all his help in finding shoes that fitted my children’s medical orthotics in and didn’t slip on the heal. Tom was really friendly, patient, extremely knowledgeable on all styles of shoes and went above and beyond to help us. He even stayed for a short while as the store was closing. I will always book in with Tom as I trust him and his option on fitting. Tom is an asset to Clark’s and his customer service is exceptional. Thank you again.
Clarks do some great quality shoes, boots and accessories. They last well but can be a bit on the pricey side so we tend to wait for a sale or we make a trip to the outlet centre in Street where you can get some massive reductions if you time it right.
Really great service here. Mia was brilliant with the children and ensured that they had well fitting shoes that fit our requirement for a leather free shoe. Good selection of shoes, that are excellent quality and long lasting. Would recommend.
