   Staff not helpful. We asked if they could order online for a bag we were looking for as they didnt have the color in stock. She didnt even check the bag we were holding and asked us to do it ourselves. It was so rude. On our previous visit a different staff helped us do the same thing and she ordered it to the store for collection. This time very bad experience

   Needed some help today and Becky was more than happy to help.My grandson has autism and ? although he is in a junior size 4 he needed easy fastening ones and she found me a lovely pair of trainers.Thanks love.Pi will be back in.

   Really good selection of shoes, good brands too as well as their own at affordable prices. you could find disney, Clarks, sketchers, sport brands etc I always go there first if i need to replace my little one's shoes.

   It is a find and try yoursellf shop. My daughter and I were there for about 30 minutes and were not approached once, nor did we see anyone to help, though there must have been someone at the checkout. So you find your own size, pick the box(es), try and in our case put the box(es) back if it's not what you want. In a way, it's a good system as not hurried or pushed into a purchase that you are undecided on. Sadly, we left with nothing.

   Great range of footwear at affordable prices, I came in for school shoes and was in and out in half an hour (a miracle with my kids) and I didn't need to take out a second mortgage to fund the shoes! Have had shoes from here before and they last for ages and are really good quality. The staff were brilliant, it was a busy, stressful day for them but they took it in their stride and were super friendly and helpful
