Really busy shop with great prices & range of shoes, they even do Hoka! Staff are helpful, friendly & efficient
Understaffed or under organized when it comes to managing a small influx of people, asking that you queue for an age just to get a shoe to try on. They're polite enough about it but it's annoying and doesn't really make you want to spend your money. Schuh much speedier.
Very nice staff but seriously understaffed, was in at two different times. Suggesting management look at this urgently queue round shop and everyone unhappy. Not what you expect spending this amount of money.
The girls working at OFFICE, Belfast are SO pleasant, SO helpful and WILLING to help and SO efficient at what they’re all doing. I spoke to Jodie on the phone and then was helped by three different girls in the store in person & they were ALL smiling and quick to help. BEST. OFFICE. EVER. Thank you all.
They should hire someone more. There is only one or two staff during the day, and I feel very sorry for her. But anyway, I found what I was looking for snd special thanks to the lady who was on the desk on April 2nd at 1 p.m.
Excellent service from Karen . My husband was purchasing Dr Martin boots and Karen went over and above to help and order his size . Also great selection of shoes.Sadly when boots arrived they had to be returned but this was not a problem and again service from staff was very good. Again special thank you to Karen

Visited the store on Friday and the customer service was awful! The staff were not really visible, several customers were asking other customers if they worked there! The staff do not wear any type of uniform and a couple were very scantily dressed which looked really unprofessional! Tried speaking to a couple of the staff members but all too busy. Eventually got one girl and had queried the size of mens shoes, she didn't know how to convert so had to try on the shoes to check the sizing. When I asked her for the other shoe, we waited 15mins and she never reappeared so we left the store. So many other customers left too while I was waiting, appalling customer service!
Had a lovely experience in-store today. Was shopping with my young daughter and was aware of a man who was obviously on drugs or something who was also in store. An assistant was bringing him shoes after shoes, being very gracious and attentive to him till he left. I later found out she's the manager Karen as I couldn't help but compliment her on how she handled what could have been a very difficult situation. Karen said that she preferred to deal with the man herself rather than leave it to the younger staff. Lovely lady and my daughter got fab converse too.
