    My wife went to buy a tumble dryer and washing machine. She was told quite abruptly that they only have available "what you see". When she then asked could they look at stock online and then order it the store clerk said "that would mean I have to.go through every item" and seemed completely uninterested. Awful experience, lacklustre staff and cost a sale. Pathetic and the member of staff shouldn't be customer facing.

    Awful experience, purchased Β£800 items by phone ordering and due to staff error have put wrong address, found that next day and the staff told me can’t change address but need cancel whole order and repurchase, but since I’m paying with gift card so I’ve to wait a week to get my credit back and causing me delay for a week to receive the urgent items. Stupid company can’t even fulfil such a simple request of updating delivery address caused by their staff error.

    Absolutely amazing service from the staff, was served by abubacar and he knew his stuff, walked in comfused on what to get and i walked out with a brand new oled tv! Service was amazing and he was handsome fella.

    Great selection of stock. But there aren’t enough staff. End up waiting ages at the til, someone comes over and serves the customer they’d been talking to for 20 minutes leaving customers queueing already for even longer. 3 people behind me put products back due to there being no staff on the til. A shame

    I went to get my phone checked for spyware. It only cost Β£25 well worth it for peace of mind. The customer service people are really easy to deal with. Thank you you did a great job.

    I came here to exchange a soundbar I'd ordered online but was faulty. The process was very slick and the Currys assistant was very thorough. I always think you can judge a company or service provider on how they respond when things go wrong. In this regard I was very happy with the response from Currys and will continue shopping with them.

    Good car park with easy level store access. Disabled parking and lcustomer loading bays right by the entrance. Big spacious store with most products on display. Helpful staff.

    Only down by one star because it took a long time for anyone to come and ask if we needed help. Plenty of staff on duty or so it appeared. When we were helped advice was good and able to check product details on line easily.
