Kim is absolutely fabulous. So attentive, so patient and has so much knowledge. Ive smoked for 45 years and never been able to give up. Today is day 29 for me. Early days I know but unthinkable 29 days ago. Kim got me there, with the right products, right strength of nicotine and the patience of a saint. A real credit to the organisation. Just Brilliant!

My vape stopped charging last night so this morning I went in the shop to see what was up with it (Seeing as tho my vape was in its 6 month warrenty period I wasn't worried) BUT she said the port had been pushed in which I explained must of been when I've tried to bend and push the charger in to charge it. She sent a photo to her manager and they wouldn't replace ir refund ir even discus how this could of happened .......absolutely disgusting as I've been a 4 + year customer. I would recommend avoiding this shop!!!!!!
