I was disappointed with the customer service I received. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, and I had to repeat my issue multiple times before anyone addressed it. I expected a more professional and attentive experience.
Well after 12, days not knowing we're my cooker was because of the Currys inadequate customer service or should I say nonexistent I took matters into my own hands after the last girl on the phone telling me they couldn't find any information I started phoning around couriers with my phone number and postcode and got lucky so was able to sort it out and now it's on track to be delivered tomorrow no thanks to Currys a bit of a heads up if you buy something from Currys be prepared to spend a lot of time on the phone
Dont go in here if you have have money and you want to buy somthing, its like a pub with no beer. Went in to buy a laptop after 1 to 10 different ones not in stock. Went to Harvey normans. Got it cheaper. Hate going into Currys checked for a TV picked one! not in stock 1 2 and 3 "can get it in maby 5 days they said". Got it elsewhere. I Dont know how they stay open and why they have no stock. Waste of time. Go in and look then order off Amozon a lot quicker.
Had an issue with repair cover, not being taken and wasn't sure if it was a scam. Took letter to customer services and they were a great help. Got issue resolved and we're very pleased with the level of support.
I went to the store today bought a fridge freezer the assistant Jonathan served me was very friendly talked me through everything. He explained everything about warranty delivery instalation and recycling.He also said I am entitled to get the fridge freezer 1free service with the warranty .I would highly recommend this branch to friend's and family.
Ask for Sam...the most helpful sales person I have ever met..he is knowledgeable, pleasant and understanding....we were not hopeful of being able to find what we needed but thanks to Sam...he got us exactly what we wanted. What an asset he is to Currys. Thanks again.

Terrible customer service, especially from shift manager Stephen/Stevie (tall, large bald man) arrived to buy a TV and it was out of stock so got sent to the lisburn store only to find the price was different there, advised by lisburn store staff to go back to belfast where they should honour the advertised price and pay there to collect in lisburn, belfast staff refused to do this and honour their advertised price. Said they tried to call the lisburn store but couldnt get through as lisburn were not answering, asked him for the number and dialled it myself and the number is no longer in use, so he never even tried calling the lisburn store but just took us for idiots. Would really like to be contacted by the store manager Gary if they can read this.
Terrible customer service! I was looking for an oven hob, the managment team advised me that there was 1 left in store and was going to get it for me. After standing waiting for nearly an hour, I noticed another customer who had just arrived, walking out with it under their arm. The next staff member I approached was rude and said sorry we're 'flat out' with barely any customers in store. Absolutely useless, cheers Currys
Awful customer service. Left standing for ages. Approached a staff member and asked if he was busy, he said 'yes' and kept walking. He was busy tearing up cardboard boxes. When a guy eventually became free, he had no interest in helping. He told me they didn't have what I wanted and when I asked if he could recommend an alternative he said 'no'. A delightful shopping experience, I don't think! I will definitely not be back.
