Popped in the other day to get my 8 year old laptop serviced and it's back looking as good as new. I also asked about some upgrades and Conor was very helpful in advising me about what my options were. They were very quick to get the service done - dropped it off first thing and was ready in the afternoon.

We gave in this laptop about 1 week and a bit ago, it had just a black screen nothing else, no cracks. When we were trying to communicate with them as we were on a limited time frame they kept saying the parts were arriving but mail is slow, I can understand that but the fact they had no definite time was worrying to us, so we waited till the last day where they kept promising "we will call you back with info" and never calling unless we did.
As we got our laptop we just wanted to leave as it was an exhausting day. But as we got home we opened up the laptop to see there were cracks covering the screen! They didn't warn us about it or tell us anything, their communication was so terrible unless we seeked it out! Terrible experience and what kind of computer shop has it leave the shop in a worse state it came in! It's outrageous, and the fact they didn't even mention it is beyond baffling.
Would never go here again, and honestly hope to get some compensation for this whole mess
