   Absolutely fantastic service! Requested in the evening and the next morning had the brand new installation of the washer dryer. Can’t speak highly enough of the gentlemen.    I ordered a new washing machine from McDowell Electrical by phone just before 9am on Tuesday. Stephen and Mal arrived after lunch exactly when they said they would, and fitted/wired in the new washer and took away the old one in less than 20 minutes. Our property has a narrow kitchen and hall, they took off and put back on the kitchen door with no hassle for easier access. They were very careful in their work and by the time they left you couldn't tell they had even been here. They also tested and made sure the new machine was working before they left. Both were very genuine, friendly and absolutely hilarious. Couldn't have found a better service anywhere and they were so reasonably priced for the service offered and new machine - no hidden costs and definitely not hard to pay when you get this level of customer service and you've been laughing from start to finish! You'd be mad to go anywhere else for help. Thanks for everything guys.

   First class service. Phoned to enquire about a new integrated dishwasher at 8am and it was purchased, fitted and working by 11am the same day! Stephen had planned work in the area and fitted us in at very short notice. On arrival Stephen and his team were highly professional and set about their work with great efficiency. Engaging ,with a great sense of humour. Old dishwasher speedily removed. Highly recommended.

   I ordered a new dishwasher from McDowell Electrical by phone. Stephen and Mal arrived exactly on the promised time to remove the old and install the new. Our property has narrow stairs but these were negotiated without complaint. They took care not to damage anything, completed the work carefully, commissioned the machine and explained how to use it. They have a good sense of humour. Couldnt wish for better.

   I recently contacted shop by phone to enquire about a freezer to replace one we had in garage and Bill sent me a link to show details of one they had in stock. It was the same brand and spec at a good price so got back to him to arrange delivery and Stephen brought it round the next day. Hard to beat for service , can definitely recommend.

   Look no further for your TV repairs! The screen went blank on my Panasonic TV just before Christmas. Stephen had it diagnosed and repaired in a week at a very reasonable cost - he even gave me a replacement TV while the repair was being carried out. This was my first visit and I won't go anywhere else for future repairs. Thanks again Stephen, Craig.

   Can't recommend these guys highly enough. I rang on a Friday afternoon to inquire about getting a washing machine fixed and they were out within the hour to assess it. A part was ordered and they were back within a few days to fix it. Exactly as they said they would be. They are friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the machine for a very reasonable price. Very rare to find such a good local business. All their reviews are very well deserved.
