   Unacceptable. I was buying a gift for my brother as he is a massive Star Wars fan. when I bought him what I thought was a darth Vader toy to my little brother and to his surprise we pulled out a toy that read “girth Vader” an adult toy that I thought was unacceptable to be selling to children. Wise up people. I enjoyed it and decided to use it for myself, not everything’s a negative in life! Below is an image of the toy!

   Went to have a look at a present that ison the site as 50pound reduced. I asked a lady who tried to explain it was 100 pounds more expensive so I was looking at another toy when depry manager called Stephen came over and said what's the problem .as anyone would be I couldn't believe it he then began to look at me head on for a good 20 secs before I said do u not like ne or something .I walked away as I felt very intimidaed . As I had my wife and one year old with. Me. This incident could have led. To someone getting very hurt and if this is the way they treat customers stay clear. I asked for a complaint form which they would not give me . All I wanted was to buy m daughter something nice instead it upset her and. My wife so much they left the store. So unlelpful ,falls advertising and extremely angry deputy manager Stephen .honestly stick with amazon . As the store is the most antisocial store in been near . Horrible. Experianc e and made a child cry

   I bought a cot mattress from Smyth's Forestside a few weeks ago, unfortunately when I brought it home it was not true to size and left a dangerous gap of about 6cm between the cot and mattress. I contacted Smyths customer service over the phone and they sent me a form to fill in with details of the incident and photos of the gap measurement. Smyths customer service was excellent and fully investigated the matter and contacted Smyths in Forestside on my behalf who then provided me with a replacement mattress if my choice. When I returned the faulty one, the staff in Forestside were already fully aware of the situation and provided excellent customer care. Monica in the Nursery section of Smyths was very friendly and helpful. I am delighted with the replacement mattress. Thank you for all the help, my 1 year old is getting a great night's sleep thanks to all at Smyths.

   Don’t try and get anyone by phoning up as No one answers the Phones. It’s been this way for years ever since my son was little and I would phone up about a Toy or game for my Son, No one would answer the phone then and still don’t today. Keep in mind my Son is Now 17yrs old. I honestly don’t know why they don’t think answering the phones isn’t important for customer relations.

   Pre order is an absolute joke, management in this store are a joke. 48 hours to collect a pre order in today's climate when other stores give you 28 days is a joke. What was the point of me paying £25 to reserve my product for this shop to just put it back on the shelve after 48 hours. Smyth's need to rethink this policy. Now I've to try and explain to a ten year old boy why his birthday present ordered 4 weeks ago isn't coming

   I was down this afternoon trying to find a few toys after trying I asked a young lady she was very helpful and courteous brought me to the aisle to find were toy tunnel was and even asked me if I needed anymore assistance to find other toys I was also looking for magnetic puzzles unfortunately they were out of stock she even helped recommend other puzzle toys I noticed her name badge she was called (Lauren) this young lady represents the smyths toy store very well and also the the cashier was very pleasant but I didn't notice her name it was around 2pm of today I always like going into the Smyths toys store as they have good variety of toys for all ages.
