Bethany the manager deserves special recognition for her 5 star customer service, she is so friendly and helpful, helped me out in a sticky situation she was such a star. Sports direct should be glad to have her on thier team ❤️
Discounted sports wear you would imagine high ratings ..today and a previous occasion I had the pleasure of dealing with a female member of staff on the first floor I found her rude and aggressive not only to me but also to a work partner this woman should be replaced and sacked look at all the one star reviews and I would bet they are all for her ..well done you ruined my shopping experience twice I sincerely hope you learn a better way of communicating
If I could give no stars this would be the time x I'm quite fair in my reviews but we stood for 20 mins with £95 of goods to pay for but because the older lady behind the counter could not find a receipt she was looking for she walked off and left the lady in front who had been there near half hour with the children who all had new trainers well we all decid3d enough was enough so we left our goods and then walking out she is standing at the security desk laughing x never again will I purchase from here . Manners cost nothing she could easily of called for someone to help in which we asked her to do but she just growled back . Service was shocking
If your goods are not as described im entitled to a Refund, standing behind a change your mind policy only offering a credit note is outrageous. Only left the store out of embarrassment. Please train your managers on statutory rights your store policy does not supersede them.
I wouldn't advise to visit this store in the last hour or two before closing. I have had two visits there in the last stretch and the staff were visibly annoyed with anyone asking questions or browsing. It doesn't matter how tired you are or if the public annoy you...if you don't like people...don't work in retail. When I do visit earlier in the day, there is a bit more help and dare I say, enthusiasm. I have never walked in and be wowed from any staff and staff are never about when you are looking for shoes. Prices are ok, not as much stock as some others but easiest to access for me. I do use the other stores when I have more time on my hands.
Manager extremely rude. I won't be back.
Everything ok until you try to give something back. The rude manager first suggested I was lying, aggressively silenced my partner, and finally stated that I caused a defect on purpose by walking outside the store. Since the defect is a squeaking shoe, it is hardly surprising that it manifests itself when walking.

I visit the store after long time. Not a lot of clothes variety and very expensive even on sales time.
