   Rude old lady in the perfume department, refused change perfume for me I brought day ago I didn't opened I didn't use it I got recepet and box doesn't damage she told me I spoke with my manager I cant change it i told her I dont want refund I just want to change it she said no I lost 123 pound for nothing I'm very disappointed I no go back there for shopping never ever

   The women who work on the womens shoe department are so joyful and the friendliest ladies... Good old fashioned Customer Service, that thing you don't get much off anywhere these days. Women, that either enjoy their job or appreciate having a job. Wonderful. Love my new shoes also :)
