   Ordered a pair of sandals which when they arrived were faulty as in my opinion some of the diamantes were out of line, returned expecting full refund plus return postage but was told they were not faulty and all their stock is the same so would not be refunding the return postage very disappointed was finally offered gift voucher which I told them would be of no use to me as would not be ordering from them again.

   Outstanding service! I purchased some walking boots which failed after 6 months light use. The owner took a look at them and offered a replacement, with no fuss. This is exactly the reason why I try to shop locally, if / when things go wrong it's much easier to deal face to face with a human, than hours of live chat, emails or phone calls to try and get a problem resolved. I'll be back when I need to get new day to day shoes too. Thanks Anna & team.
