   Good attentive service even though they were very busy. Teas, coffee and pananies good. The pananies were hot and freshly cooked. A touch of salad and coleslaw would have been a nice additional touch. Not something we'd usually go for but the small pastries were surprisingly nice.

   I've been a customer of Primo for many years. The owner has always been friendly and it's always had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I popped in Sunday afternoon with the family and dogs after a nice walk. We had paninis and a pint which were quality. We sat in the outside seating/dining that perfectly resembles the outdoor dining areas of Italy/France. This is great to start seeing more of this in the UK. There's plenty of public parking and access to public transport on Carlton Hill. I thought I'd also mention that my wife had a delicious croissant and they have an excellent selection of pastries. 10/10 looking forward to my next visit.

   This coffee shop is amazing! The owner is really friendly and certainly knows how to make a brilliant espresso! The shop is really clean and tidy and the prices are very reasonable. This is definitely a place I would come back to. There is also free WiFi so is a great place to work.
