This T.K. Maxx store is right in downtown Belfast. Within Castlecourt Shopping Centre. This store is huge compared with stores in England.
Today I tried to enter the Belfast store with my literal TINY chihuahua (could have carried her) I’ve been in before with her and security guards have smiled and not had a problem with it although she is not a registered assistant dog she does help my anxiety which is why I enjoy coming here as they allow her in. Without any question the security guard at the door today said no pets aloud in without even hearing me out and kept walking towards me to get me out no question asked about service dogs. I just think more consideration should be taken especially for those with registered service dogs. And a policy should be reviewed as you can not let someone in multiple times with a dog and then say no once it suits the security guard. Absolutely disgusted and that security guard should be looked at as his attatude was appauling
Moved to the front of castle court. Nice store has everything from clothes to bathroom accessories or bedroom sheets to toys not just for kids but you're pets too.
Great big store, lots of stock. 8 tills with only 2 people on them and the queue moves glacially slowly. 6 tills just wasting space, why build them if you won't staff them? Plenty of staff walking around the shop floor seemingly aimlessly though....
Good shop. You can be lucky or ... unlucky sometimes if they don't have what you are looking for at the time.
As a TK Maxx fan, after visiting several stores in several countries I would give a 3 star for this one. The variety of the items was very weak comparing to other stores in other countries; even if it was right after Christmas they should've had a little wider variety of goods.
Used to be a good choice for me but not anymore as it is always selling old American fashion. It's garbage. It used to be amazing.
The store is located InThe center of the city centre or Belfast and can be easily accessed. The styles of the fashion sections can be a bit out dated but occasionally you could still find nice clothes. The home and children sessions were not as big as some of the stores
