The best coffee and matcha I ever found in uk. Unfortunately I’m not living nearby, otherwise I would like to drop by all the time! It’s perfect!
They’re doing coffee science in there. The most complex flavored nitro I’ve ever had. Cool glassware. And the slices of cake give it a secret kissaten Japan vibe. Well done. Go support them so that they’re still here if/when I ever find my way back to Nottingham.
Awesome coffee shop. More of a bar style with seats at the front so you can watch them make food and drinks. I tried both a milk drink and filter, both were made perfectly and were full of flavour. The owner is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about coffee which shines through.
The matcha latte was so yummy and tasted authentic. Only thing for me was the temp, It wasn’t hot enough for me personally. The matcha basque cheesecake was divine! So light and smooth. Would come again!
The café has an understated vibe with a dark toned interior, featuring various coffee machines and roasting equipment. The space isn’t big, but it’s cozy and comfortable, a great spot to enjoy a good cup of coffee. [Orange 3 Layers Cake] Refreshing orange flavor with distinct layers. The top jelly wasn’t overly gelatinous and had a nice hint of yuzu. The sponge cake was soft and fluffy! [Distill Milk Dirty] Hot espresso meets cold milk, a pleasant surprise. The espresso had a slight bitterness but was light and smooth, while the cold milk added depth. Great balance and texture. A memorable cup that shows their pour over coffee game is strong. [Matcha Latte] Visually appealing and beautifully presented. Made with high quality matcha, the taste was nicely balanced between bitterness and creaminess. [Matcha Basque Cheesecake] One of their signature desserts, rich matcha flavor without being too bitter. The cheesecake was creamy, smooth, and melted in the mouth. Not too heavy, even if you eat the whole slice by yourself. High quality and definitely recommended!
What a wonderful coffee shop. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff delivering an amazing specialty coffee experience, with delicious options for both espresso and filter coffee with in house roasts and guest beans on offer.

Was recommended this place by a friend as he said it was best coffee he had ever had! Tried it myself and the attention to detail in their coffee is awesome. Its less than a 5 minute walk from the Vicky Centre and is definitely worth the detour. Pet friendly also so I'll be back with the dog
A great shop at a strategic location opened by a lovely couple with a rich selection of good-brewed coffees. Surprised me with their attempt to bring sashimi don into the food menu. Delicious fresh sashimi with good quality soy sauce. You can feel their effort in bringing the best state of sashimi to customers. It's definitely a 5/5 for me for the fact that the owners are not specialists in authentic Japanese cuisine. Be sure to sit at the counter to enjoy their coffee brewing scenes where I got to see how my Matcha Latte was made by whisking the matcha. I also had a standard taste of tiramisu with a small syringe of espresso on top which made the overall presentation Instagram-able. It's worth revisiting again for other cakes/bite-sized foods and their speciality of coffees during tea time or for a short runaway from work.
Can't be happier because I finally had a decent flat white in Nottingham! As a person who is working at another cafe, I highly recommend 'vibe with' if you wanna experience good quality coffee. 100% I will visit again x
