   I went to Costa just before closing with a gift card and had some issues using it. Morgan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and she made what could have been a mildly stressful situation feel really pleasant and relaxed. She was so supportive, and on top of that she made me a fantastic drink. I honestly think she’s a great asset to the company, and I’ll definitely come back more often because of the fantastic service I received.

   Placed an order here for dinner. One of the items I ordered was one of their wraps. I cut it up to share with my son which is when i found a long blonde/brown hair hiding in the middle of it! Couldn't eat it after that

   I personally find Costa a little overpriced for what you get. The coffee is nice, but expensive and not great value for money, in my opinion. I was unimpressed by the selection of cakes and baked goods available to purchase and again thought they were overpriced.

   Quite disappointed with my visit today. Got in at 4.28pm and was denied service flat out. The staff was quite abrupt to say it closes at 4.30pm on a Sunday. However, the info in the Web says it closes at 5pm and the store was full of people enjoying their drinks. I didnt want to make a fuss about the time but a gesture of courtesy would have been appreciated. I visit this store regularly (more than 3 times a week) and the service is normally good.

   My husband John and I went to Costa Coffee this morning.what a lovely And friendly place the young lady who was serving us was very friendly and help full. There was anorher girl there and she.helped as well We both love going there.
