   The Rose and Crown is easily one of the best student pubs in Notts. The food and drinks are always spot on, and the BOGOF cocktails on Fridays and Saturdays are a huge plus. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, and always up for a laugh, making the atmosphere both comfortable and enjoyable. Sean is by far the best manager, while Tracy and Angela always look after customers and make sure everyone’s having a good time. The chefs are quick and provide some of the best pub food around, and karaoke nights are always entertaining, making it a go-to destinationw with a fun mood every time xx

   Went to the rose and crown today (Thursday) ordered a special burger (not on the offer for buy one get one free) to only receive a raw burger! After showing the waitress she took this to the manager (no fault of hers she was so polite) who informed the waitress to tell me the burger would be ducted off my bill. I then had to complain again as I was sat without any food whilst my partner was sat eating. I think this is poor management and I won’t be returning.

   Visited the Rose & Crown in Nottingham and ordered the exact same burger meal as my friend. Mine arrived with one less patty and half the chips than he had — how does that even happen when it’s the same order? I kindly spoke to a member of staff. After waiting 5–10 minutes, instead of replacing the meal properly, they dumped a single patty on a plate, and the waiter put it on my table and left. No apology, no attempt to actually make things right. Completely unacceptable service and very poor attention to customers. I have attached an identical found online for reference as I deleted the original photo. Won’t be coming back.

   Thank you Rose and Crown we eat here at least twice a week and attend as many events as possible. Food is hot and tasty, very reasonable prices. Staff are first rate. Beautifully refurbished this is mine and my family’s favourite place to be now. Food is excellent, I love the staff who all treat us like family, it is the most welcoming place in Nottingham.
