Went for festive dinner with 2 friends on Thursday 11th. Phoned up to book and was told they had a festive walk in menu. Got there and they didn’t have any of this in stock. The vegan options consisted of a salad (£9.95) a burger ( £10.95) or a Camembert and mushroom tart- which I was told they make vegan by taking off the Camembert (same price either option £13.45) Hiw is that fair!?! So I opted for the salad. Which was enough for a side salad at most. No protein and not vegan but ‘just a salad’ which I might point out all vegetables are actually vegan. The staff weren’t bothered and told us to complain th head office. Defo won’t be going back. Please rethink your vegan options and please don’t think it’s acceptable to simply remove items from a meal to make it ‘vegan’ then charge the same price

Food is good, consistent and reasonably priced. Lots of seating, cosy corners and restaurant table areas. Only criticism is how hard it was to find a spot where the lights weren't a bit too direct and the speakers seem to be everywhere too. Probably better on a busier day than for a nice quiet drink and chat

Delicious food and great service! 1 particular member of the team went above and beyond, his name was Joseph!

Came in for a quick bite and drink before my brother's wedding. The pub was clean and Tidy, bar staff very pleasant and friendly. If I'm ever in the area would definitely visit again

Nice pub with a good selection of food but they had run out of quite a lot of produce. The food we did have was really good and the staff were really attentive and apologetic. We were a large group of 15 people so they did well to get the meals out together. Would definitely recommend this pub.

Five of us ate there recently and despite only two front bar staff the service was really good despite the pub being quite busy. Overall the food was good but unfortunately our sirloin steaks were overdone and thin. Our fault for asking for them to be cooked this way. In terms of value we can’t complain and would visit again.

Went for Sunday dinner. Whilst the staff were polite and friendly, the quality of the food was far below an acceptable quality. I would not eat here again. I had the lamb shank which is clearly a ‘microwave in the bag’ preserved till the year 3000. The roast potatoes had clearly been sat under a hot lamp for a significant amount of time and then microwaves as they were leathery. Tender stem broccoli was lovely but the cauliflower cheese was burnt. I would not eat here again.

Come to Three Ponds for a nice meal out. Went to order Sirloin & Ribs to be told no Ribs. Ordered hunters chicken instead with side of sautéed mushrooms (NO MUSHROOMS), wanted coliflower cheese (no coliflower cheese) so had chicken wings instead for side, Went to order Lasagna that comes with salad and garlic bread and wanted a side of onion rings (no onion rings) so had chips. Had cheesy garlic Bread. Went back to table to realise partner ordered hunters chicken and that has onion rings on...so Went back to ask about onion rings and they said we will put on garlic bread instead???? Never even told us when we ordered Hunters chicken so if I'd of not said side of onion rings the garlic bread would have just come out with it. Anyway thought well we will just enjoy what we have ordered. Both meals came out Lasagna looks fine. Hunters chicken however was so so tiny ie just bigger then quarter of tomatoe. Partner asked for it to be changed chef said no.....so we just thought we'd tuck in......CHICKEN VERY DRY, BACON VERY HARD AND BURNT. We don't normally moan about meals....my lasagna was nice but I even tried that chicken and it was so so dry couldn't really taste the BBQ sauce then I tried the bacon and that was absolutely VILE. And for £9.50 you would expect a lot better. Will not be returning and sport if my family was suppose to go there Friday with their whole family I had to ring him and unfortunately tell him not to bother. Hopefully Hayloft is better
