Well it's the ranges head office in the UK. It's a huge store with lots of products and a decent amount of people to help if needed. Usual low cost stack em high type produce that you know and love from Plymouth's CD.

Staff super friendly and helpful, alot of stock. Would be 5* but alot of items either incorrectly labled or not at all and water leaking from roof in most isles. Will come back and update if this changes.

This shop has a lovely range of products and I do visit often. This particular store is not a well thought out retail layout. The staff are courteous and try their hardest for customers. In the summer, the poor staff were absolutely melting in the heat. At this time, there are buckets to catch the rain. The management should be doing their bit rather than putting profit above customer experience and staff welfare. So, nice products but poor management of premises.

Loads of Halloween stuff in there at the moment. Its pretty big but not as spacious as other Ranges I have been in and does not appear to have a café any more.

It’s always a nice experience to go to the range, good prices a variety of products. I bought a light here / very good quality. Also there is an extensive variety of dog treats and good price. I would say that you can find anything you need it’s an incredible shop. Staff is friendly and happy to help.

It's okay if you need something in a hurry but everything about it is a safety hazard. Leaking roof which means buckets all over the floors, trollies with broken brakes, very narrow aisles which are blocked half the time. Its more of an obstacle course than a shop. Toilets have also been taken away.

The Range at crownhill is much larger than the one at Beacon Park with lots more choice, some stock has made way for seasonal stuff but hopefully will be back in Jan

Too much Christmas stuff before Halloween, but aside from that, jolly good. Got Iceland in it, though its overpriced, but the rest is lovely. Alright customer service, dangerous if you're on a budget!

Quite a large store but doesn't seem to have a section for selling fabric by the metre like some smaller stores. Confusing stock layout with similar products in totally different locations in the store, so a real time sink if you are looking for specific items, probably deliberate to encourage browsing. Last went here for LR44 batteries and a staff member was able to point to them almost immediately which saved me walking around for ages!
