    After a pub crawl round Long Eaton I can confirm that this is by far the worst pub in town! They have no decent beer anyway, but the Guinness and John Smiths had run out leaving only tasteless lager on tap. The fridges were empty. We politely made our excuses and left!!

    I wouldn't recommend. Visited today before a walk to trent lock with an old friend and the atmosphere in here is awful. Girl behind the bar was miserable like she didn't want to be there. It was dark and dingy and the customers present looked like they were in a version of dawn of the dead. I honestly think we would of been happier running through a corn field backwards.

    Great atmosphere in here. Was really disappointed with the dinner as its normally really good but was quite tasteless and my wife didn't enjoy hers either. A shame as we were looking forward to eating out on easter Sunday rather than the faff of doing at home
