I went there Saturday teatime for a pre concert drink. It’s a glorious place. A proper pub. Busy, but quiet, reasonably priced drinks. A cosy place for a winter afternoon. I nearly dozed off and had the place had an audibly ticking grandfather clock, I don’t think I would have wanted to leave.

I haven't had food here, just drinks, so I am unable to rate that yet. I cannot fault the staff and their politeness. I love coming here for a drink or two. It's always one of my go places for a night out. Love the people and live the vibe. It's ever so friendly and the doormen too.

Neat bar just off the Victoria Centre with good beers & a decent seating arrangement, with an "art deco" leaning. I'm never too sure what the "catch clientele" is though, as they seem to cater for anything & anyone, perhaps that's the charm. Well worth a visit & the function room is great

It was very stylish and unique bar. The interior inside was stunning and once you go in you will find the terrace area and they have undergroud area for some performance. The bartenders were friendly and they served us fast as they were fast response when there was some one was not served. Really love this place and highly recommend it.

This is a really nice, stylish very well maintained and looked after pub. This, to coin a phase: a hidden gem, situated right in the centre of Nottingham. I popped in for a drink so I didn’t sample the food on this occasion. I turned up at 1910 (the time, not the year) on a Monday, so it was decidedly sleepy, but bear in mind that the night was really very young (unlike some of the clientele, including, sadly, my good self). However, by 1930, it was really beginning to get quite full: it’s obviously (justifiably) a popular venue. The guy who served me was welcoming, pleasant and efficient. Highly recommended for a laid-back and pleasant evening.

I visited on Sunday after a long walk around the streets trying to find somewhere nice to have a drink! I was drawn in by the LGBT flags, and the cost atmosphere. We only had drinks, but they were very reasonably priced, and it seemed like a real cosy and welcoming setting! It was quiet (again probably because it was a Sunday), but there is plenty of space to sit. I was hoping for cocktails however they don't make them, so I settled for shots instead. Staff were nice, LGBTQ+, and a great location. I will definitely go back if I am in Nottingham again.

Really nice bar and atmosphere. Decent prices.

It was ok, clean and tidy place. Bit pricy all things considered and food orders seemed to take a very long time. Had a regular trade and was fairly lively. Not necessarily somewhere would go again as a first thought in that area.

Absolutely love this pub. You are made to feel so welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Great selection of beers at extremely good prices. But most importantly to me is that they are dog friendly.

My friends and I came here for a gig that was happening in the basement room. When we entered the pub, I was impressed with its unique yet relaxed decor. The atmosphere was welcoming and the bar staff were particularly happy and chatty. The gig room intimate with good sound. I was very kindly provided with a seat, which I appreciated greatly.
