Amazing service and price - Tonys team and Tom at St Austell were superb. I bought 65inch LG TV and delighted with the product. The fitting by Robin on the wall was also very efficient and the guys very polite and informative and the old TV taken away. We bought a gas Range cooker from Woolacotts in Liskeard, we weren't ready for delivery for a few weeks as the Range cooker is for our house which we are renovating - Woolacotts were happy to hold on to it until we needed it, which was really helpful. Months later we have discovered for various reasons we couldn't have a gas cooker and instead needed an induction - Woolacotts were so massively helpful and swapped it for us, despite having bought the original one months ago. Would absolutely use Woolacotts again and again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Woolacotts team!
We bought a range cooker asked or installation explained awkward as a first floor flat spoke to Liskeard and St Austell shops regarding if they can install oh yes we can do that on installation day the team turned up Just kept saying excuse after excuse why they can’t do the installion there’s 3 in the team after a heated argument they left And when I came home got neighbour round and got range cooker in 2 of us I know they have h& s and manual handling to adhere to pathetic service from Liskeard and St Austell store we had other electrical items to purchase TVs,surround sound etc we will never use them ever again absolute shocking service so be very wary of them

Very disappointed, this place is listed as a Neff showroom. When we visited they didn't have a single Neff appliance. The manager directed us to Plymouth or Bristol but didn't know if there would be a better selection at either!
We needed a new roaster so I searched online, the usual places, and was thoroughly confused so I visited Woolacotts here in Liskeard. The lady who served me was incredibly helpful and was not put off by my meagre budget. She found two toasters in my price range and I purchased one of them. Within the hour I was eating toast made from home made bread and crab apple jelly. A great shop to have i our town.
Not always easy to serve my dad in shops, but the staff were utterly fabulous, efficient, patient and kind. He got exactly the tech advice he needed and they guided him through his options. Terrific to know that there are still shops where the staff know their subject and customer service is high on the agenda. Thank you SO much!
