Fantastic little spot - beers are always fantastic, great atmosphere where great chats can be had in the small smoking area out front, usually packed.

An excellent selection of real ales at expected prices. Staff were friendly and the pub is directly opposite the train station, so easy to get to. This is definitely a 'micro' pub, so was pretty crowded on a Saturday, but had a nice atmosphere.

This pub used to sell model railways of a time. Having left Long Eaton in 1986, you have to pay attention as the surroundings change. I came home for the Greatest Gathering of trains at Derby in August this year. My cousin pointed out this watering hole and we popped in on our return. Small and bijou, but, packed with memorabilia of the local railways. Good selection of real ales. I had a taste of Mango cider. Bit to sweet for me, but, Im sure there are others that will hit the spot. As a train spotter in my youth, now late 60's there's still that magic and nostalgia. My father worked on the railways locally. Worth a visit and a look around. Considering it's location a very quiet relaxed atmosphere.

What a fantastic micro pub. A lovely warm welcome from the bar team, an inspired selection of beers and great atmosphere in this small but perfectly formed pub. It feels like somebodies labour of love rather than a chain pub with crap on the walls. I almost hesitate to recommend it as it’s such a great find, I want to keep it for myself. They don’t do food but the beer selection is mighty

Long Eaton's best pub. Accept no substitute. Five dark cask beers. Five light cask beers. Five ciders. Five craft keg beers (including a lager). Stunningly stocked beer fridge. The best sourdough cheese toasties you've ever had, plus pork pies, scotch eggs and cheese boards. Great staff. Friendly customers, outdoor seating (watch the exciting roundabout action!) and it's dog friendly- blankets, water and treats provided. Really, you can't ask for more. Moon Under Water? Maybe not, but it's the closest I've found.

Great selection of cask ales (gravity dispensed), keg craft beers and real ciders. Also have a very good AF range as well as a fridge packed with canned and bottled craft beers. Great atmosphere, nice decor and friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended.
