First time as a tourist in Northern Ireland. This place has very poor staff behind the bar. Specifically David behind the bar was pathetic. He was very rude when I asked him to help with clearing the table for a large group that ended up sitting around me so I could move to a different place and leg the large group have a good time. I politely asked David if he could clear the table and he was just unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend this place so nobody experiences something like that.

When we got here we were greeted by a lovely lady and when we choose a seat she was right behind us with the menus and promptly took our drink orders. I opted for the mixed grill and the wife got fresh fish and chips. The mixed grill was perfectly prepared as was the fish and chips. I would have no problem recommending this place to anybody

Absolutely terrible food, £13.50 for spaghetti bolognaise that is tasteless and like a £1 frozen ready meal, pool of water in the bowl, all meals came out 2 minutes after order like pre cooked and microwaved. Definitely don't eat here.

Came here for dinner and drinks and it was certainly a mixed evening. Service was good or it wasn't depending on what time of the evening it was. They are woefully under-staffed, which is unfortunate as there is huge potential. They do well, don't get me wrong, but plan on waiting. Dinner was good, when it came. The drinks were good, when they came. Our server Jay was good, until we tipped him, then he disappeared. Weird, but fun evening.

Food is brilliant atmosphere brill live music most nights only downside is they don't do draft soft drinks but apart from that it's defo a place to go back to when I'm staying in belfast

First stop on our whirl wind tour of downtown Belfast pubs. We were starving and the fish and chips were on special. We were not disappointed and the service was pretty good. As an Irish American I had to get a Guinness in the old country to measure the differences of the US to Iteland versions. The Irish version won hands down. The building is ornate as you would expect and warm inside. There is am upstairs and a downstairs to accommodate more patrons. Great food, fun, and service. Will be back.

Visited this bar with a group of 7 people - we were seated quickly and service was great overall! The tomato soup was a little underwhelming but the taste of the Irish stew was good. Would come back but wouldn’t order the same thing!
