We booked a large group of over 20 people at The Thirsty Goat in Belfast and had an amazing experience. The communication beforehand was clear and helpful, and the team was incredibly flexible and accommodating when our plans and attendance numbers shifted — a huge relief when organizing a big group. The festive atmosphere made the whole evening feel special. They even set Christmas crackers on the table for us, which our students loved! The service was efficient, the staff were friendly, and the live music added the perfect touch. Chris and Luca were especially helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly for our group. We had a fantastic time, and my students left so happy. Highly recommend The Thirsty Goat for anyone planning a large group outing!

Enjoyed the Belfast Boxty and a pint of Harp lager. Fabulous, friendly service and the meal was sensational. Thoroughly enjoyed. The Thirsty Goat is definitely recommended.

Was here after a concert on a Saturday night. Fairly spacious with a nice vibe. Live music was good and the booths were big enough for decent sized groups. Only had time to stay for one drink but would have happily stayed longer.

Fantastic food and amazing atmosphere staff were very friendly phoned 5 mins before we turned up and were seated immediately. We got the chicken stack with colcannon mash and tobacco onions Irish stew and fish and chips between the three of us. With drinks the entire bill came to just under £70 but the food was absolutely phenomenal. The chicken and mash was an absolute delight the chicken was moist and flavourful I normally heavily season my food however I didn’t need any on it was perfect. The Irish stew was so hearty and full of flavour comes with two slices of bread plenty of vegetables in it and gravy, what a treat! The fish and chips was so crispy and flakey chips had a nice crunch and fluffy on the inside and the fish it’s self was crisp moist and Lilly white inside cooked to perfection. Drinks where reasonably priced we also had a traditional Irish coffee which was an experience in and of it’s self.

We had an absolutely lovely time at The Thirsty Goat and enjoyed amazing food and good drink. The atmosphere is great and the staff was friendly, helpful and informative. We enjoyed the hot buffalo chicken wings and sourdough cheese bread. Both were really good but the wings were particularly good. It was hot and spicy and very delicious. Some of the best wings I have personally had. The mains enjoyed were the chicken and waffle, and the beefy boxty. Once again, stellar dishes! The boxty was fantastic and the portion sizes were generous.

Wonderful pub!! The beer garden is super fun at night with live music and the crowd is a bunch of people from all over the world looking to have a great time. The live music is superb and even on a cold rainy day, the place was jumping! Great oriole and drinks
