   I don't understand these negative reviews about these guys, I can only assume that some of the customers are referring to the garage next door. I've been going there for couple of years now with 3 different Mercs, and the service has always been fantastic. They are very knowledgeable, honest and friendly guys, who you can have a laugh and a joke with. I admit, they often need your car collecting once they've fixed it, but that's because they've only got limited parking space. I won't go anywhere else. I'm very picky about my cars, yet I trust these guys way more than the main dealers. Keep up the good work Nathan & Roger, your work is greatly appreciated by the majority of us.

   This was my first and last visit to this garage. I brought my Mercedes in for a Service A, and before dropping it off, I checked the oil gauge to confirm the dark color of the oil. After the service, I drove home, which is just about three miles away, and checked the oil level again, only to find it was still as dark as before. I immediately returned to the garage, and although they drained the oil, it was clear that it hadn't been properly changed. I have photo and video evidence to back this up. They ended up replacing the oil, but I had to pay for another filter. I do not trust their services, as they are dishonest, taking advantage of customers and risking damage to engines. Horrible service—I would never recommend this garage to anyone.

   I scheduled an appointment at Mercserve garage for a Friday, only to be told to return on Tuesday morning. I took a half day off from work to keep this appointment, but when I arrived, I was met with complete disregard. Despite waiting for half an hour, no one even bothered to acknowledge my presence. When I finally spoke to someone, Martin, he dismissed my concerns and rudely told me to come back later in the day. I explained that I had already taken time off based on their instructions, but he was completely unsympathetic. His attitude was appalling, and it's clear that they have no respect for their customers' time or needs. I would strongly advise anyone considering Mercserve garage to look elsewhere for a more reliable and professional service.
