Absolutely fantastic service. I had major problems with dpf. The technician (Marson) was very knowledgeable and explained everything with me. My main dealings was with Shannon. She was brilliant. Kept me informed and sourced alot of parts and part numbers with my wallet in mind. Both Shannon and Marson are definitely a great credit to Lindleys. A massive thankyou.
I have been reporting to another repairer I used to use a noise, comming from the front wheels of my car they were unable and, unwilling to sort this out for me. I reported this to the lindleys service team and, the issue was quickly identified and repaired while my car was in for a yearly service. The service team are friendly polite and very knowledgeable. I have another vehicle that I also take to lindleys. I've finally found a garage that does a professional job at a price that doesn't break the bank. I'm a very satisfied customer thank you to all the team at Basford branch.

4 months since we purchased our Mazda 3 from Lindey's and it's safe to say we are still delighted. From start to finish the team at Lindleys Autocentres were always friendly, professional and accomodating. The car was well presented and we had some honest conversations with Martin (mechanic) about the Mazda and the car we were looking to part ex. The car was priced relatively fairly but in all honesty I was hoping for slightly more of the purchase price. We kept in regular contact with Emily who was brilliant and tried her best for us. We also met Ryan who again was very helpful. Overall a really positive experience and I would certainly consider purchasing from Lindleys again. All the best M&G
Good: friendly, down to earth, honest, keep you updated, there's space to park when you get there (I hate garages where there is nowhere to park). Bad: they don't let you wait there. Their waiting room is tiny and it's just one sofa but they never let you wait. some customers would prefer to wait even if it takes many hours. They say that with the interim service and full service they 'check and report on condition of such and such' but they don't actually give you a written report sheet after the service, like in n out autocentres do for example.
Excellent personal experience with both my cars. Manager Aidan and Receptionist Justine are both an asset to the branch. Highly recommend for a trustworthy and transparent process. Lindleys also offer an additional perk of 10% NHS discount.
Brilliant customer service. Really honest and trustworthy team. Couldn’t be more helpful. Would definitely reccomend. And compared to taking it to a Range Rover Dealership was very very good on price too!
