Supposed to have done a full service on my 2016 Transit camper, just been returned with oily bootprints all over the carpet in the living area, not happy to say the least, avoid this garage and service stop like the plague, don't be sucked in by there servicing prices, it will definitely not end up at that price
Don’t do it!! Car was supposed to be back between 4-6, chased up at 6.15, supposed to be back at 7….. turned up at 9pm and was told if I had a complaint take it up with the agent ServicingStop who closed at 6pm! Charged for specialist oil at £30, it’s a standard Ford not a sports car. Tried to say I needed filters for nearly £400 but if I didn’t have it now I’d have to go through another service, absolute joke of a place, stay away from both companies!!
Got a parking notice whilst my car was in for a so called service plus they probably didn’t even do the job as they collected my car at 10.30 and my car was parked up since 11.14 for 7 hours! They will be hearing from me and paying this parking notice penalty! I booked through Servicing stop AVOID AVOID AVOID
Pleased overall apart from failure to reset information system resulting constant alarm warning that service is "due now". No response to telephone calls or answer phone messages
I used these guys via Servicing Stop… I can’t fault this garage but please please please avoid Servicing Stop. Servicing Stop tried to con me out of ‘specialised oil’ for my car when all it needed was regular oil? Spoke to this garage, who said they experience this a lot. 5 stars for the garage
booked a service plus Mot via servicing stop limited, Which subbed the work out to this garage. I paid £102 upfront, At around 4pm the same day i received a call from a gentlemen call Chris Pea, Saying that the car needed new front pads, and the handbrake needed adjusting plus fluid etc, To do this and the cost would be another £374 plus vat, When i told him that the brake pads had recently been replaced and that i didn't want the extra work doing, He got very angry and said i couldn't have the car back unless i paid another £70ish for specialist oil? 0/30 isn't specialist oil, plus a new sump plug, I begrudgingly paid, and waited for the car to be delivered back. When the car came back i asked the gentleman about the extra work that was mentioned by Chris Pea, To which i was told that the car had only had an oil and filter change, Not a full service, the sump plug hadn't been replaced, I pointed out about the brake pads which i was told where 1.1mm but where nearly new and he agreed. I've taken my car to another garage for an mot which the car passed, No mention of the handbrake or brake pads, Needing doing, plus whilst there the tech who did the mot pointed out that the sump plug had clear silicone around it and wasn't new, The oil filter was leaking and didn't look like a new one. i contacted the garage with my findings and i was fobbed off and told to ring servicing stop, when i pointed out it was them who did the mot test and work, Again they seemed like they didn't care and weren't bothered Avoid both companies as i feel there taking advantage of people, i will be taking this to trading standards plus vosa. Ive given this 1 star because you cant give 0
M.A.S looked after my car for me! They picked it up free of charge as I was isolating at the time and also did me a great deal on my mot and service! I will definitely be telling everyone I know about the wonderful job they did for me!
