Went in spur of moment for something to eat. Chail Latte really nice. Opted for Christmas dinner bagette(£9.95) sorry to say expectations & reality clashed, as other food looked really nice, this did not. UPDATE: after feeling ill probably won't be back.

Best decision I've made in years, totally ignored my addiction to the Costa machine next door and was enticed by the smells of fresh brew wafting from Scarlets.... Breakfast Bap and fresh ground latte later and I'm hooked, first class cheery service from Jade. Highly recommend wether you are starting your day or just fancy a snack, Breakfast bap (sausage, bacon, egg, hash brown) and latte £5.50. I saved over £3.00 by not using the machine and reheated offers next door at Co-Op

Fantastic Cafe, great choice on the menu, food is of a high standard and reasonably priced. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Good quality coffee and good choice of cakes and desserts!! The waffles are particularly good!! We come regularly and it never disappoints.

Went here today & ordered breakfast. What an awful experience we had. Sausage was awful, straight from the freezer to the deep fryer, so shrivelled and horrible, fried egg was broken, hash browns same fate as the sausage, limp & undercooked toast with what I deem to be margarine already spread on, soaked in, fried bread overcooked & inedible. The only item edible was the bacon. On reporting to the staff, I was told they were very busy which may be the reason for what they served up. Very disappointed with the food & will avoid in future...

Was just passing Yelverton and fancied a bite to eat. Ordered ham cheese & pineapple toastie, well what can I say. Quality tiger bread, slice of the the size of a dinner plate and not scabby cheap ham, lovely cheddar all washed down with a cuppa. Profit margins must be small but plentiful using quality produce. Well done I will be back when in the area. Oh and very polite staff.

Good cafe food, lovely coffee and a great knowledge of gluten free dietary requirements (and an honest discussion about the difficulties of providing an allergen free meal in a catering kitchen). Will be visiting again when next in the area, thanks!

Had not been here since before the pandemic. Varied menu with veg and a vegan stew option today. Lovely food and coffee served promptly. Bonus for us being dog friendly and she enjoyed her sausage. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

DISAPPOINTED with a sandwich, didn't eat it and when I pointed out it was not to my satisfaction staff simply said no one else had complained. Was still charged. Won't be returning here.

Found this cafe through a Google search whilst on gallery deliveries in the area. After reading the reviews we decided to stop and had a great little lunch! Amongst the offerings were a great variety of sandwich fillings - I chose to take Brie and cranberry in a toastie whilst hubby took a cheese and pickle in a bap. Both were ready in good time and served with a very pretty and delicious side salad with homemade coleslaw! Staff were friendly and efficient and the coffee was good too! Excellent value! Thank you :)
