A quick and successful visit to pick up some decorating supplies. Qick and efficient ordering and service, followed by a quick counter pick-up. Prices lower than local suppliers and a good range of stock. There were a a few items I would have had to order in for.the next day pick-up, so maybe I will order ahead if I have the opportunity next time

Brilliant - beyond helpful. Had exactly what we ordered. Was able to provide an alternative to something out of stock, and sorted a very minor issue with no bother at all.
An ordered product was lost by the carrier en route to the branch. The staff phoned me daily to apologise and update me, and reordered promptly when it was clear the item was not going to arrive. Now received safely. Well done everyone at the Tavistock Screwfix branch. Great customer service saved the day!
