I always have an amazing time at this salon! Kai is an amazing hairdresser and has been doing my hair for over a year, and always gets my hair exactly how I want it! The atmosphere is so friendly and caring, always offering a drink or a biscuit. Certainly the salon experience I’ve always wanted and I’ve gotten :) thank you everyone, you’re a wonderful team ❤️
I wanted blue highlights although they couldn’t do them due to my age so they did blonde instead. Although it isn’t what I originally wanted, I love it so much. The customer service is amazing they offered me drinks and snacks and I just 10/10 recommend this place.
I had a great experience getting my hair coloured at QHairdressing last weekend! My hairdresser was Evie and she was very sweet and attentive to what I had in mind for my hair. We first taked about what I wanted and after I showed her some example pictures, she explained that a balayage was best suited to get me those results. I had initially booked a full head of highlights, but Evie was happy to adjust to balayage instead. She was sweet and showed great attention to detail. I was offered a drink and with a prosecco in hand (!) I enjoyed my treatment. The results came out very beautiful and I was very happy with the styling too. Everyone in the salon were super sweet and overall I had a great time. I am upploading a picture of my hair on that day, sorry I don't have a better one, but i hope it helps to visualise the result.
I highly suggest AVOIDING this salon! As a Canadian, I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hair salon! Their customer service is very poor! Before my appointment, they tested my hair and showed me a result that looked great, but the final outcome was completely different. I asked for Balayage for my hair, even though I already had a very nice and healthy highlight from six months ago that I got done in Canada. I wanted blonde hair, but my hair turned out orange! I consulted with two other professional salons afterward, and both agreed that there was an issue with either the timing or the expertise in the bleaching process, which caused the orange result. I tried to have a friendly conversation with them to figure out a solution, and I was even willing to pay extra to fix the issue! However, Anna, the hairstylist, was very impolite and accused me of causing problems from the beginning! When I asked her how she could judge people like that, she became even more dismissive. I highly suggest avoiding this salon. Not only are they unprofessional in their work, but they also lack professionalism in their interactions with customers.
This is such a lovely, friendly salon. My hair presented a real challenge with stark white roots against dyed black hair, but Ana has so much experience she knew exactly what to do. I'm delighted with the results, and they only get better every time I return. Ana has genuine love and care for what she does, and that shows in the finished product. Thanks so much!

As someone who avoided getting their hair cut for years because of bad experiences I can wholeheartedly say Q & Ana especially changed that for me. Ana is so kind and lovely, she listens to what you would like but will always give honest feedback and advice. She is professional and uses her years of knowledge to do what is best and suits most. I’ve loved my hair since visiting Q and can’t imagine ever visiting someone else. I have full trust in Ana & love the salon too. Everyone there is so warm and welcoming.
I had an excellent blow dry here last week with Caz! I’ve got very curly hair and so I’m always skeptical of blowdries staying smooth and frizz free but I cannot fault the service I got. Caz styled my hair in exactly the way I wanted, super smooth from the roots but a lovely bouncy curly blow dry which lasted me DAYS! With the sunny whether this was almost a miracle. A lovely and clean salon too and great price I cannot fault the experience one bit Thank you again!
