   My Landrover developed a loud and worrying scraping noise from the rear, but I needed the car to get home to Exeter. Sophie could tell that I was concerned and very kindly arranged to fit it in, even though they were totally booked up. Got me fixed up and on my way. Such personal and kind service is rare nowadays. I also overheard the mechanics giving some specialist technical advice to another customer - they are clearly very knowledgeable and were generous with their time. Highly recommend this garage - rare to find a trustworthy one!

   ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Will never go anywhere else from now on. Sophie and Sam are lovely. They fixed my Audi A6 really well, amazing price. Really friendly and they genuinely really care for you. They don't treat you like a customer, they treat you like a friend and that's amazing. I was really worried about the cost and they were much lower than anywhere else. I am seriously so thankful to them. Its so rare these days to see a garage that doesn't rip you off, it's so incredible to feel like they know you rather than just treat you like just a customer. Really friendly, professional and amazing cost. I'm never going anywhere else from now on. Hand on heart, I'm really really impressed and thankful to them. Cannot recommend them enough. Pete.

   This is absolutely the best garage in Plymouth! I have had services and MOTs and in November Sam Burnett helped me out by providing all MOT information to send to Peugeot proving that correct oil was used in the services. I have recently had ponds of water in the driver seat footwell every time it rained and given the recent inclement weather, Sam and Gary prioritised this and spent an hour investigating this leak and finding and fixing the problem for a very fair price. I am so grateful to them. Everyone at Manor Street is so friendly and kind. I totally recommend them . Thank you so much

   Really good service is so hard to find these days. Without a call to check on availability, my car limped into this garage. The understanding reception, from Sam the owner, his willingness to listen to my tale of urgency and demonstration of servicing skills and ability to solve the issue was a joy to behold. His attitude and abilities mean he has won this customer and I hope your interest.

   A good experience with Sam at Burnetts. I was recommended Burnetts Auto Care by a friend, gave Sam a call and booked our E Class in for the following morning. It needed two control arms and a wheel bearing fitted all on same wheel and the tracking done. Had the car trailed down at 8am the next morning and met Sam who looked round the car and listened to how I had done the damage. Sam explained that the work needing to be done could be completed by the end of day but they had staffing issues so it wont be ready till following day, this was not a problem for us so left the car and parts with him. Sam called the following day to advise the car would not be ready until following morning as he is still working on it, which was fine. That morning Burnetts called and explained that the work had been carried out but Sam could not do tracking as the rear drivers side wheel was a different size (punctured which is what put me in a ditch) but had done the front so it is now drivable. Picked up the car and was charged just for the work done, to which i cannot fault. I will be using Burnetts again, Thank Sam

   Been bringing my cars here since they opened. Honest, great service and most importantly transparent with costs. Always there to help and often have directed me to other specialists rather then just take the job on themselves, saving me some money but also ensuring the best job possible. Most garages would have just cracked on clocking up the hours and billing them to the customer, these guys are happy to see the work go elsewhere which speaks volumes. Highly recommend and will keep coming back

   Driven into garage with an issue. They haven't done any testing or diagnos and decided to change coil pack and 4 sparks. I left garage still having the problem. My car has 3 sparks not 4, but they still charged me for 4. Even if the sparks sold in pack of 4 they should give me the spare one to me. Also, I priced matched the other garages and they ripped me off. I'm very disappointed, especially when this garage been recommended to me. Never will use them again.
