   I simply can't praise the team at Bathwick Tyres in Stonehouse Plymouth enough. Outstanding customer support and service. I had a master brake cylinder issue on my Susuki Alto with a couple of other complications. The team kept my car in until they had found the underlying issue and resolved it. I don't have space here to describe the problem in detail but in a nutshell they went an extra 100miles to sort the problem out. I have since had a complete MOT and service on the same vehicle and on both occasions I was kept informed as to the work required and the cost. I can thoroughly recommend this garage to anyone who is looking for excellent service and repair.

   I had a very disappointing experience here. I brought my 2-year-old Volvo for a tire change with brand new Yokohama tires. Before replacement, the wheels required only 25 g of balancing weights, but after fitting the new tires they suddenly needed almost 100 g – unacceptable for premium new tires like Yokohama. When I pointed this out, the employee simply replied that “everything is fine,” which shows a lack of competence. To make matters worse, the car was driven onto the service bay without a seat cover, protective foil, or even a paper floor mat. This shows a complete lack of care and professionalism. Overall, the quality of service is far below expectations. I do not recommend this workshop – very low standards

   Excellent Trustworthy Service,would recommend to anyone.I had to to do Tyre Alignment on all wheels, Appointment was offered the same day,work was completed around 30 min .Also mechanics spot a small issue ,which was good to know and I feel that I and my family can again travel with no any worries,nothing is better than peace of mind when you do long journeys.Thank you again for all good advice ,and great work you have done ,much appreciated.

   Thank you very much for the broken wheel rim. I needed to patch a punctured wheel, as a result, when he removed the tire from the rim, he hit the rim with a metal tool to squeeze the rubber off the rim. The photo clearly shows that this is mechanical damage on the inside of the rim. After which they said that it was because the rim was rusty. Seriously? An aluminum rim is rusty? As a result, I urgently needed to find a new rim and none of them were going to compensate for the damage.

   Stopped by today to have 2 brand new Michelin tyres fitted to my car that I had purchased from black circles. Told "we don't fit customer supplied tyres". What an absolute nonsense. Went to Malvern tyres round the corner who put them straight on.
