   It was very busy when I went in to do my nails with only 3 people working, I think they are a family. They were obviously stressed and working very hard. I didn’t quite get the nails that I wanted, despite showing a photo, and when I picked out colours in advance, someone sort of tossed the nail samples to the side and never told the person doing my nails what I wanted. I also didn’t get the shape I wanted, I feel like the tech just did what she wanted and ignored the photo. I also felt like my nails were drilled down a bit too harshly, it began to become a bit painful and at one stage my finger bled (I just worry about cuts from nail salons as I am immunocompromised). They were a very friendly, tried their best under pressure and so I wouldn’t say that it is a horrible shop to go to, but they took extra care/ a long time with their regular customer’s nails, and I felt like mine were a bit misshapen and uneven since it was my first time going. I wanted to go back and be a regular customer, as they have good nail products, but I’m on the fence as I know when you’re busy and stressed, it can be difficult to get peoples nails 100%, but I just felt like they didn’t really listen to what I wanted either.

   Wonderful ladies running it! So sweet and attentive. Absolutely in love with my nails, I gave them the inspo pic and they absolutely smashed it out of the park. & They stayed late to get us finished. Legends!

   Such friendly, sweet ladies. Very quick nails but also super thorough! I was in a rush to get a coach and so they made sure to do them in time but still did a fabulous job. I just showed them the reference photo and they did the rest! Will definitely be coming back. My acrylic gel set was £36 including student discount.

   First time going there and they were nice, they produced perfectly what I asked for and done a great job of making what I wanted happen, in a friendly and patient manner. Would definitely go back. Really happy with my nails.

   First time customer went for basic powder acrylics. I had to stop him in his tracks and ask him to take it off. It was absolutely awful, he definitely doesn’t know what he is doing and was huffing and puffing when I asked him to correct things. I’ve never left a review but today I will for the first time just to let people know that this shop is TERRIBLE. No skill or customer service
