It was an amazing place! The staff were so friendly and made the whole experience so pleasant. My skin feels so soft and it’s glowing so I would really recommend this place!!!
Absolutely amazing service carried out by Shawana, I had a skin tag on my upper eyelid removed.. Couldn’t be anymore grateful :) Shawana was so polite and patient with me, explained the procedure in so much depth and made me feel very at ease. Was a very quick procedure, and she handle me so gently. I’d recommend her to anyone struggling with the same problem. Overall, so pleased with the outcome.
I wasn’t going to leave a review but I have too , I turned up on time to my appointment and was told to sit in the waiting room and fill out forms that I had already done online , 20 minutes later Shawana walked in turned the lights off! Poked her head in and noticed me sitting there and said oh what’s your name . She and her colleague were obviously ready to go as they both had their coats on . I was eventually called into the room, and they were still wearing there coats. The whole blackhead removal procedure felt rushed and with no tools, just her fingers £80 later, I could have done that at home for free . By the time I got into my car outside the clinic they were leaving straight after me, proving they had not known I was there. So unprofessional
