So sad the stores have closed I will miss the friendly helpful staff always smiling, always helpful and well turned out. Losing their jobs so near Christmas is heartbreaking I’ve been in that situation myself in the past and it’s never easy. I hear the directors paid themselves fat bonus payments before the crash. If true that is scandalous!

It is 11th of Augus, summer. We have summer till 23rd of September. Honestly ...putting Halloween decorations and Christmas decorations it os far far too fast and think you logistics are wrong. Many people still do gardening, and I couldn't find a bag of soil, or pack of grass...winter bulbs?are you mad?this is honestly really bad.

Not as good a store as in the past but useful for location. Helpful and polite staff and free on site parking. Wheelchair access also.

Park free on the 'roof' car park. I wanted new plant pot and compost. Got what I wanted in and out no problems.

Fab pub, great staff, excellent quiz and the vegan buttered sausage with curry sauce is a must try!

It used to be my go to place for ironmongery but that side of the shop has sadly dwindled over the years. It's turned probably to the more profitable soft furnishings side. It still carries a lot of items for the home/ garden and personal care.

Love Wilko for price and range. Fairly roomy layout rather than too cramped. Usually buy more than intended when I visit. Like their household and seasonal ranges which they do well. Good for online, which I use occasionally to check out products - order for home delivery or collect in-store. It's generally busy and sometimes there's a queue to pay but better since they added some self checkouts to speed things up.

It might be helpful if the self service had more than one to use, while the tills only had 2 member of staff on although there was people queuing to get served. I left my shopping behind at the till. If you can't do better, I'll shop elsewhere.

Due to covid 19 some of the shelves in the gardening department were empty, I understand this, everyone has gone crazy either gardening or decorating. The cashier was lovely, very polite and a lovey smile. Overall my shopping experience was good, but unfortunately you didn't have the products I needed.
