   We visited this branch of Screwfix today, and for the poor young man called JOSH who served us, we were completely disorganised customers and must have been a right pain to deal with. However, JOSH was professional and helpful despite us being nightmare customers. He is a true credit to the store.

   Bit of a mix up with delivery, but Luke from customer Services checked availability in store & sorted payment. In . Thanksstore collected my items and a nice young man helped me to the car (after putting his hi-vis on) Great service and made up for the delivery delay

   You'd think in this modern age, with these newfangled computer thingies and those magical barcodes on everything, that Screwfix could get an order right. But no, I wasted an entire sunday afternoon collecting the stair climbing trolley I'd ordered to discover when I got home that I had been given a basic trolley that provided no assistance in carrying heavy objects upstairs. I swiftly took it back and received a relatively insencere apology and was told I'd have to come back the next day for the actual one I'd ordered. I took a refund instead. 2 hours wasted.

   Outstanding customer service. I was looking for a very specific thermostatic shower bar which ScrewFix unfortunately do not stock. However the staff were helpful and even searched alternative places who might stock the shower bar.
